#339 – School’s Out Forever
May 27, 2010Today was the 50 year anniversary of Goldbar Elementary School. I went there from K to 6 and haven’t been back since. I just love the way the human mind works, well at least the way my mind works. I find it just amazing how I was able to access memories from over 30 years ago as if it were just yesterday. I wonder if anyone has ever tried to measure how much memory the human brain has in computer terms – how many terabytes? To see the the place where I first kissed a girl (who’s name I still remember), or to see where I had my first school yard fight, the strap, the death needle for immunizations, dodge ball . . . the list goes on. These hallways are full of so many memories for so many children over the past 50 years, kinda cool when you think about it!

May 25, 2010I had an amazing engagement shoot today with Ben and Carrie! Ben is a pilot, just in case you didn’t get that from this image and the title of the image. This is probably my favorite location to date for an engagement shoot, OK I’m a little bias seeing as though I was a pilot myself a while back.
